Natural remedies?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not but I've been having extreme amounts of anxiety that turns into rage or I have panic attacks so severe that I almost pass out or puke. I've had problems with anxiety before but not to the point of there not even being a trigger and it happing. It's got to stop!! I feel like its all but consuming my life and I refuse to let that happen. Do any of you know of a vitamin or something that helps? I refuse to go back on prescription because it messed me up so bad. Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

Exercise tests just as well or better than anti-anxiety meds in comparative testing.  Get very serious and join Curves or another club, or get moving on an aerobics plan, find a track and start running, that kind of thing.  You don't have to be good at it, just have to be moving with your heart rate pumping.  30 minutes a day is OK, an hour is better, and you will be AMAZED at how calming it is.
