I am a 34 year old womanWomen's way who has been considering a breast reduction surgery. However, my mother had a breast reduction and I am not overly impressed with the results as far as the appearance and shape are concerned. I am a 36DD and would like to know if there are any alternatives to surgery that may decrease the size of my breast naturally at least by 1 cup size. I am in the process of losing weight however, I am not sure if the small amount of weight I intend to lose will make a dramatic difference. It is not just an asthetics issue but I also need some relief for my shoulders shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain sake which are now starting to get indentations from my bras.
i think losing weight does make a significant difference in your breast size. i'm only 10 pounds lighter than i was a year ago, but my boobs went from a C to like a high B. that's a pretty big difference for only 10 lbs i think
I understand breasts are largely made up of fattyXanthoma tissue so when you lose weight it your breasts will decrease in size. When I lost weight when I was younger they went from an DD to a B - now I am older they are decreasing yet again, however I am not losing overal weight!!
