My husband and I has sex twice day before ovulation and again on ovulation day...  I'm day 8 after ovulation and have had mild cramping, 1 day of creamy CM couple days after ovulation, and slight sore bobs in am (with very pointy nipples!  which have gone down during the day)...  Im 30, he's 45..  Day 6 of ovulation I practically went into a sleep coma mid day...  other than that I feel pretty normal with mild consistent cramps.  any idea?  Im dying to know if Im pregnant!

This is interesting. So two negative HPTs back, one from taking itlate at night, another from this morning. So, not likely I'm pregnant, although still nauseous and tired. So, if no AF by Friday, will test again. I'm worried what on earth has made me feel this way, but wasn't thinking I would be pregnant from one episode of sex, first attempt, so on and so forth. My toes are numb too.. but that happened night after wedding after dancing in toe crushing heels about 3 weeks ago. I'll keep everyone posted b/c I'm not sure if I ovulated on 14, I'm thinking more along the lines of 15 or 16th, but should be positive (the test) by now I think. When I took test this am,noticed faint bleeding, ever so faint and now breasts are officially sore. I was so convinced but perhaps this is new PMS sympton, yet another rearing it's ugly head to plague me.

I'm definately not saying it can't be pregnancy, but about a yr ago, I started feeling nauseous for about a week before AF each month. It never happened until then. It still happens, almost every month. We've been TTC for 3 1/2 years.

So,um, well, still nauseous. I wasn't Thanksgiving day, probably due to eating so much my stomach had little to do but digest. I also drank a little wine, I was convinced I had conjured up some delusional pregnant state. And driving back home today with my husband, nausea is back in full force, did I mention I'm drinking (water) and craving it (not usual for me)? I had one or two mild cramps a few days ago. This nausea is coming and going and coming and going. I'm sleeping more than usual and dreaming vividly I might add. Mouth is watering, feel sluggish, and no SB,or crampiness with usual PMS. Can I take the test now??? I am about 5 days, I think, from when I should have AF,but my cycle isn't the most reliable. I have NEVER been this consistently nauseous though.

My boobs didn't start getting sore until a few weeks after my BFP.  I wouldn't bother testing until you are at least on day 14, otherwise there might not be enough HCG to pick up on an EPT.  Make sure you take the test with the first morning pee too to make it more accurate.  If you test too early you could get a false negative.  False postives are very rare!

Good luck to you!  I beleive in Karma, fate and that things happen for a reason!

Thanks for the quick response! I suspected as much, but my husband is putting pressure on me to test and one his friend's wive's is insisting also as she had MS the first day after conception. So I'm sitting here at work and unending waves of nausea are cosuming me.. not the throw up kind, just I feel yucky. All that helps is drinking water, but that brings on heartburn, then it's on to the tums. My husband is more excited than me, not that I don't want it to be the case, the timing is just a little awkward, plus I keep thinking why aren't my boobs sorer? I'm sitting on my hands so to speak till the 29th, then I'll buy a test if this nausea hasn't let up. It gets pretty bad around noon..

It's possible you could have symptoms that early, I dry heaved after drinking a glass of wine when I was just a few days past conception with my son and my current pregnancy.  I also got hit with waves of exhaustion.  Only thing you can do is wait a few more days (about a week) and take an EPT.  Choose one that says it is accurate upt to 5 days before missed period because it detects lower levels.

I hope you get the answer that you want!

I don't mean to be a downer, but the fact is that it's just too soon to know.  Some women swear they have symptoms right away, others say it takes a while.  I have had more than one cycle where I just knew my BFP was coming b/c I had many of the early pregnancy symptoms, but I got AF instead.  It is frustrating, but at least now I know to just wait it out.  I know waiting is hard, but that's pretty much all you can do now.  Best of luck and be sure to let us know how things turn out.
