Need some advice - kinda freaked out.

I've had itchy inner thighs (the part where the skin meets the labia majora) for about a month, and it had started healing but then it got worse. It spread to my labia minora and my vagina, and that area would get swollen and really red after I scratched it, and then it started to spread to my anus and a larger part of my inner thighs. So now my inner thighs look like they have a rash and sometimes it really, really hurts to walk and I dunno what to do. Any advice? (Btw, I'm a virgin. I think it started when I shaved...but I've shaved before and it never happened so I'm scared.) I scratched my vag/anus area today and it started bleeding, but it didn't really hurt.

I also get stinging sensations, like someone poked me with a needle down there.
