Need urgent help; Popping out Labia.

I had got aborted in the 20week of my pregnancy, it was vaginally done but after the 2nd week of the abortion my innerlips or ladia minora are popping out a little bit. To all the concerned forum members I would like to request, helping me understand few of my doubts:

1) Why did they pop out ?
2) Does this lips pop out for virgins or any other girls naturally ?
3) Can any normal person understand that I had a sex before ?
4) If socially am restricted and can exposed down there I will be banished and deserted. If I want to hide it can you suggest me a way out please.

Thanks in Advance.

Heartfully thanking you for posting your reply.
I guess what i am ultimately asking is:
does or can the labia minora strech permenantly from childbirth ONLY? Or the females can also have labia minora visible/ or extended outside without having sexual intercourse at all, naturally/ or due to any kind of physical activity ? Plz help me i will be very greatfull to you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
After an abortion, the vaginal muscles may become loose for a few days but they do not change their size or shape. Do kegel exercises daily to tighten the muscles and it should help you.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
