Negative test, late period, usual period symptoms came and went...help?

So I get my period on the 27th of every month. The last period I had was the 30th of November. ..I've had sore nipples, cramps (as I usually do when I'm on my period.) These symptoms are now subsiding but I still haven't gotten period...I get cramps I feel like my periods coming every so often though..
The only thing I've done is fooled around with my boyfriend and his penis touched my vagina and we were having dry sex gential touching. I haven't had sex in nearly 11 months though. We're a new couple. But seeing as my period was off a little off last month, I feels like its something to do with me...
I don't know. I've taken 2 tests, both negative. I hope I'm not pregnant, my period is almost 13 days late now....Help?

For those who may find themselves in this situation&may have googled, wondering what the problem is.
I wasn't pregnant. Got my period basically 2 weeks late due to weight loss. Ihad been depressed over the christmas pertiod. A day after my CBT session (counselling) it came. :)

If you had your period on the 30th of November then your period was a few days late, right? I would think your period is just a few days late again, but what you described with your boyfriend could potentially lead to pregnancy... not super probable but still a possibility. I'd take a test to be sure. If you want to be sure to avoid pregnancy you need to use a condom during all sexual contact, even if it doesn't include penetration. Let us know how you are!
