Nipple ache
I'm not sexuall active, I'm a virgin, I had my period a coiple weeks ago, the nipple bud things are sore to the touch. The breasts don't hurt at all, but if i lightly squeeze the nipple itself it hurts. What do I do? What could be wrong. I don't feel and unusuall bumps or anything?

I get the same thing!! But I am sexually active. The only thing I can think of is if you are on birth control..it can make your breasts grow..and your nipples will be sore as they grow. I think that is what my problem is. But women don't stop growing until they are 21 apparently so maybe they are just growing. If the pain doesn't stop then maybe see a doc.

It is probably hormones-your body may be gearing up to ovulate (if you are not taking the pill, etc) and sometimes you can get some tenderness/sensitivity in your breasts.

If the pain continues or you start having a discharge from your nipples or you feel a lump, talk with your doctor.
