No Notice

I have no notice of a shaking inside and outside of my body along with a sudden sweating.  What is going on?

You said after you ate something it stopped. I'm wondering if your having a blood sugar drop and that's what's causing the shaking and sweating? Ask your Dr to check you for this. Take care. Remar

I hope you made an appointment with your doctor.  This doesn't sound like normal hot flashes to me.  I'm only peri-menopausal now, so I don't get a lot of hot flashes.  My friends who have already gone through menopause have never mentioned anything about shaking with hot flashes.  I have no idea what is going on.

I was brushing my hair getting ready to go to see my grandkids and it hit me then.  I went to the kitchen and ate some peanut butter and drank a glass of milk and in a little while it started to subside.

Can you elaborate and offer more details?  I'm thinking you should see your doctor in any case.
