No Period in a long Period of time.

I developed at an early age due to my hormones and sexually abused. I was in ninth grade when I started my period, and I've had them regularly. Suddenly around 8th or 9th grade I stopped having them. I am 19 years old about to be 20 and I have no clue as to whats happening. I plan to have children in my future but not having my period worries me. How can I fix this? I've seen a doctor but they haven't told me anything useful. What could possibly be the problem?

I had the implant taken out of my arm and I had normal periods then I just didnt have 1 for 3 months, it will go back to normal when u come off bc you produce new hormones and its just your body getting back to normal, dont worry about it it will come :)

Are you on birth control pills?  When I was on birth control pills I seldom had a period.  When I went off the pill they came back normal.
