No period 3 months before and 5 months after a D&C

Ok. This is the deal. I am 22 years old. I have always had irregular periods and had actually become accustomed to having 3-4 periods a year. My last period was in Dec of 06. it's is now the 19th of Aug. I found out that i was pregnant in March and it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. They found that out after they did a D&C. I was given the methrotrexate shot to terminate the embryo that was growing in my tubes. And i STILL haven't had a period. It's been almost a year since my last actual period (i've had some slight brownish-purple discharge 3 times since Dec, but never a period) I've looked into it being everything from PCOS, to Cushing Syndrome, to Asherman's Syndrome, to POF (premature ovarian failure) to even Perimenopause... HELP ME!!! I have no clue where to turn. I'm in the military and the doctors are terrible. They try to give me things to make it better instead of testing me and telling me what's wrong. My husband and I are trying to start a family and we don't know what to do...
