No period in 4 months, not preg

Well, I haven't had a period since April 25 of this year. All of my pregnancy tests come out negative, even the one blood test I took with my primary physician. I went to a specialist and she prescribed me some medicine that will bring down my period but told me not to take them until I get another blood test with the results just to make sure I'm not pregnant. I haven't gone to get the bloodtest yet and It's been about 2 weeks since i've seen the doctor, I'm scared of what might be going on with me. I'm healthy and other than now, have never been late with my period. Has this happened to anyone b4? Have any advice, or think you might know what may be going on here?

Hello,
I do not get my periods.  In order for me to get them, I have to get a strong medication from my dr. I recently had a period, but before that, I literally went almost 5 years with no periods at all.  The medications just didn't work on me anymore, then I stopped going to the Dr. about the missed periods.  Now, I am happily married, and trying to get pregnant,  but no luck. Dr says I can't get pregnant, until I get periods but the medications are not really working anymore.   To be honest, I am scared of developing ovarian cancer.  My dr (4 of them) have even told me they are scared, and worried for me, scared I'll develop female cancer. And I'm only 32.

Hi =) my period went on for a couple of years and stopped. I wasn't pregnant XD It stopped for about 3 months and then started again. This is a normal thing and is related to your hormones. Don't worry it will be fine. <3

I am 24 years old and have not had a period since the middle of March, I have all the PMS mood swings, period pains etc as if I am going to have a period but no bleeding whatsoever. After expressing concerns to the GP I had blood tests, apparently my hormones are all fairly balanced (which surprised me) except my CA125 levels are slightly raised apparently at 42 instead of the usual 30-35 considered 'normal'. I have been booked into have a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound on 21st June and am looking for anyone who has had a similar experience? The GP wanted to do an internal ultrasound but I am actually a Lesbian and not sexually active as such. I've never had sex with a man so there's no way I am pregnant. Any help would be reassuring, thankyou!

My last period was march 22nd and it's now the 2 of June but I normally over think and I'm most stressed given that I'm dealing with some family issues, but I gained more weight since then.  I haven't taken a pregnancy test but I know I'm not pregnant it just worries me because this has never happened before and I don't know what to do or think anymore. Can someone please help me or give me any advice please

Ive missed my period for a month now as of today, Ive taken 12+ tests but of course they've been negative, I even had a blood test done, negative. Im kinda worried about my health. I just graduated high school so that had a lot of stress on me, plus with family stuff, but I do have severe depression and take multiple antidepressants so Im wondering if that has to do with it. AHHH! Any suggestions on what to do? Or help get it started?

I am experiencing this right now. I do have high stress...I have lost some weight. But no real medical cause from doctors tests or anything. And I am not pregnant. It has been almost 4 months now. They suggested possible hormonal imbalances but the tests showed none. I'm baffled and it's scary not knowing what is causing it..any advice?!

Hi! Something similar happened to me last year I did my college finals in May from June on my period was 3 months late because of my exams I was really stressed and afterwards I was suffering from depression and anxiety which made me believe that's why it didn't come for the whole summer and I wasn't pregnant funnily enough around the time my period was due for the 3 months I would get cramps and feel like I was on my period but nothing came and the cramps would last the same time they would have normally but once September came my period came back and they came really heavy and it's been normal ever since hopefully it's nothing too serious because it is scary although I was not sexually active I was still worried because of what it could have been

Hi, I'm Hayley, I'm 23 years old and I first started my period late I was 15 when I started my period and was never regular, I was really heavy, in constant pain and couldn't get out of bed somedays. I even had to get sent home from school sometimes because the ain made me feel sick. the doctors but me on the pill, in November of 2014 they took me off the pill and gave me the depot injection I had 2 injections and they made me very aggressive and I'd put weight on so I came off it I never got my period back. 5 days before Christmas I started seeing my high school boyfriend again and was sexually active so the doctor recommended I have the coil put in. 2 days before Christmas I had the coil put in and I was in a lot of pain and couldn't be sexually active (the doctor told me I might experience bleeding for the first couple of day but didn't) so a week after Christmas I had that taken out and the doctor told me that I was hanging out and I am still waiting now for my period. I am a dancer so I have constant exercise (3 times a week) my diet hasn't changed and I have gained load of weight in my stomach, bum and thighs, tired all the time and have taken pregnancy tests and have a came back negative. I just don't know what wrong with me and in serious need of help my doctors is constantly booked up with patients that don't need help and even when I ring at 7:00 in the morning they have no appointments. Can someone please help me ????

i can recommend you to eat Bitter melon. i used to eat this  once or twice a week. this vegetable is good for the blood. My period is very normal and it arrive the same date every month. I hope this helps you. Make it twice a week since your period was very delayed.

Hello Robyn, I found your post very interesting. Would you happen to know the name brand of the fresh squaw vine?
For the past three years my period stops and I have had blood tests, ultrasounds, etc. and everything is fine. There is no answer that has been given to me. However, my lining will get too thick if I do not take hormones. I prefer not to take the hormones and would like to try something else.Thank you
