No period so confused please hel

Hi everyone I am so confused I have not had my period in almost 4 months and am getting really concerned. Here's the situation: I am 20 years old and for the last year my periods have been rather irregular. I am a college student and was under the most stress I have probably ever been under having very tough classes and going to school full time and also working part time. I have also been trying to eat healthier the last few months and exercise but nothing extreme. My boyfriend and I always are safe but I know there is always that smallest chance. I have really had any nausea or breast tenderness but sometime have lower back pain like I uually get when my period is about to come. I had lost my period about 5 years ago when I had anorexia and lost it for about 6 months but I recovered from that eating disorder and I dont have it anymore. Here's the thing: I have taken a series of 8 pregnancy tests over the last few months most in the morning hen you are supposed to and all are negative. I know I haven't been drinking enough watter lately and dont know if that has anything to. Do with it. My question is do you think I could be pregnant?

I went without a period for 4 or 5 months and it all came down to stress I also had started working out (nothing extreme either). With your past problems that could be it too since your changing up stuff like eating and everything. It's frustrating but the doc had told me everything was normal and to stop worrying because that was just making the stress worse which was messing with my cycle. You might get checked out just in case something else is going on but more than likely it's stress.

This happened to me a couple of months ago too. I missed my period for two months str8, then it came the next month. It could be that your cycle is changing. My period was due a couple of days ago and it hasn't come yet. But my periods always been somewhat irregular since my first one. I hope this helps you a little.
