What she ended up doing is she went to see a holistic therapist (not sure what technical title is). She underwent a series of "cleansings" along with some herbal medications. She's pooping regularly now and feels like a new woman. She sid that the thrapist said that she is most likely allergic to wheat or something similar and it was causing plaque to buld up in her intestines.
I was on alot of pain meds (which causes constipation) after a car accdient and my nurse gave me the best solution, tablespoon of milk of magnesia and a tablespoon of prune juice warmed (only a few seconds)in the microwave (doesn't taste good but look out) I guess the heat works up the good stuff in the prunes lol Happy drinking.
