Im a little over 16 weeks and I dont have any symptoms of pregnancy either.  Besides my breasts being a little tender thats it.  My Dr says every thing is fine.  The only time Ive actually had cramp like feelings was the week before I found out I was pregnant, other than that no morning sickness or anything.  Best of Luck Jen

Honestly, I the ONLY symptoms of pregnancy were large tender breasts!  I am  20 weeks now and everything is fine!
Sometimes people have perfectly normal pregnancies symptom free!! Relax and Good Luck!

Ask your doc about checking progesterone levels and maybe using some progesterone cream, to sustain the pregnancy.
