MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all, get the blood tests for pregnancy done. The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy.
However confirmation can only be done with an ultrasound uterus.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Maybe you should ask for an ultrasound- to ease your mind one way or another. It is theoretically possible for a blood test to not pick up a pregnancy-unlikely but not impossible.

I had the same thing happen to me and I didn't have my period for almost two months but I wasn't pregnant. Every test came back negative. My doctor didn't really give me much advice on what it was (bc he's kinda rude) but eventually I started my period and the feelings went away.
