well, i've never spelled lou lou (or loo loo) before, so i never really thought about it. i just went with made sense to me. i didn't think about looney either so i didn't have that connection. i've never read a post from you, nor noticed your ID before, so thinking i would insult you (or anyone else) is just bizarre to me. this strikes me as confrontational and looking for trouble where it doesn't exist.
i think on public forums such as this, when we don't know each other or have face-to-face contract, that we should just assume the best and not find ways to start a fight with a complete stranger.
please, no more dopey fights. and no, i'm not calling anyone a dope either.

are you kidding me? i assumed everyone has heard that phrase, i.e. that was a real lou lou - meaning a doozie or something incredible/unbelievable/add your own adjective. i haven't noticed your name before because i don't read every single thread, but even if i had it would never have occurred to me that anyone would consider that an insult.

I'm pretty sure loulou is a term meaning a little nuts, not someones proper name. I think it was more of a general statement then directed at any one person.

no - they are a fairly new band. my husband calls them "pseudo punk". we used to go to lots of punk shows - we actually met through a black flag concert. go fiture. i've heard that rise against is expected to hit it big, so it will be nice if my daughter can say she "saw them when". when my husband was in college, he saw U2 perform in the college CAFETERIA before they were known. in fact, they didn't have too many songs so they asked if those in the audience would mind if they repeated a few. can you imagine??? they are so huge now.

I know you think people were mean to you in other posts and you know what? Even if they were that does not mean you should lower yourself by being mean back to them! You talk about not judging people but you have posted many judgmental comments yourself to people that were trying to be nice! Saying things like 'i bet you don't have friends'!!! Why would you say that to someone?
Of course people are going to say mean things to you when you continue to play your own violin-sob-stories and then get overly defensive and read people's comments the WRONG way! Whenever someone posted anything to you, if you didn't understand what they were saying you assumed they were being mean or rude! Are you used to people being mean to you and so you automatically lash out just in case? Well if that is the case then go take a therapy course before you begin a writing one!!!
Sorry everyone - I'm just over the wasted time spent on this girl...the sooner she's off this forum the sooner we can return to what this website is meant to be for...people who need their questions answered!!!!!!!!!

Here's another story...A friend of mine used to be the guitar tech for Joe Walsh so one night we were going to see a benefit show and we picked Joe up and he sat in back seat of my car telling us that he had just seen that Will Smith movie & how much he liked it. Then at the show, he took us into the dressing room area and intriduced us to Jackson Browne...my absolute fave! Very cool evening!
