Oral sex/yeast infection?

Well, this is kind of an embarassing question but... I'm nineteen years old and had a gyno. exam about a year ago. They did a pap smear and all and told me I had a yeast infection. I really didn't have any symptoms though, some minor itching but it wasn't near as bothersome as I've heard other people say their yeast infections are.

So, she gave me some meds (don't remember what now) and I got that cleared up. I've had another one since then that I just treated myself about 6 months ago.

And now I've started seeing a guy that I really like and we've had oral sex a few times. Every time he gives it to me, though his face breaks out. The first time it happened he went to the doctor and they said it was impetigo (A type of staph) and he got that cleared up then it came back again (the day after he gave me oral sex). A few weeks after that I got a staph infection on my leg, but I think that was caused by cutting myself shaving because it was a different kind of staph. I've been very careful to take all the pills they gave me and keep my leg covered, but last night he gave me oral sex again and he just called to say his face is broken out again.

I thought maybe I have another yeast infection and he's getting thrush, but it really doesn't look like that to me, and the breakout is on his chin but I've always seen thrush inside the mouth. (I work in a daycare and have seen thrush quite a bit) He's the only man I've been with, and he's been tested since his last sexual encounter, so we're both clean.
Any idea what's wrong? I don't like the idea that I'm making him break out.
