Ovarian Pain during period

by Orla, Jun 14, 2007 12:00AM
I get ovarian pain during my period usually on one side and it lasts through my menses.  Most of the time it is dull and motrin takes care of it.  However, this particular month my ovarian pain seems stronger and I can feel it getting up and down from a chair, in and out of car etc.  But it doesn't stop me from functioning just that I notice it a lot more.  Is this something that I should be concerned about?  My female friends do not seem to have this problem and have cramps but not necessarily ovarian pain concentrated on one side.  So I was wondering if this is a normal occurence or not?
