Well 6 months later I had a laberscoptomy (prob. spelled wrong) and come to find out I had a cyst the size of a grapefruit so you figure 3-4 inches in diam. (I am a small girl so alot of people were shocked that you couldn't see it. But I am now prone to getting these guys again so i have to take the pill to prevent them... About your plane ride I would ask a doctor I can't help you there... You'll be ok I was scaried but everything came out ok, now I am not sure what a chocolate cyst so i again can't help ya. They can cause constipation by obstructing the bowl, and constipation could cause diarrhea, which could explain your symptoms. When I had a cyst earlier this month, I also had a problem with peeing. I never felt like I had to go, I just new I had to go because the pain would get worse and I could fell pressure where my kidney is on the side where the cyst was.
