Ovaries removed

I need to know when you have your ovaries removed will you still have a period.Any help wil be appericated

hi .. nope ... the ovaries stimulate hormone production that regulates your cycle ... no hormones = no cycle ... come on over to the ovarian cysts forum ... its fairly active and has a bunch of us who are in various stages pre and post op

i don't think so, it's the ovaries that produce the egg.
