Ovulating Late

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for over 1 year with no luck.  Doc said that everything is ok with both of us (we also have a 4yr old).  I have very regular periods 27-28days.  Last month it was 29 (never had it that late before).  I bought an OV watch and it says that I will ovulate this Friday the 3rd (day 23 of my cycle), could this be true?  If it is, is it possible that this is why I haven't been able to get pregnant (b/c wrong timing of intercourse).  Is it possible to get pregnant on late ovulations like these?

Absolutely, I've read many times that most women ovulate in the middle of their cycle, around cycle day 14 but it's not true for all women.  It's different for everyone. I ovulate around day 17.  If your timing was off, of course you didn't get pregnant.  Have you been charting your basal body temperature (bbt)?

I ovulate around day ten or eleven. I ovulate literally right after i finish my period. It is weird, so people can ovulate late in their cycle and early.
