PCOS can start at any time in your life, as far as I know everyones fertility is different in many cases with PCOS. I was diagnosed probably around 6-7 years ago, in HS. I was told 2% chance of having kids becuase I only had a period maybe 2x a year.

I started to work out in Nov 2005 and lost 40 pounds in 6months... I started cycling Jan 1st 2006, and was on a consistant 28 day cycle. I missed April and was back to normal for may. Then in June I became pregnant on accident. The unplanned pregnancy and relationship I had was very tough. 7weeks post my sons birth I had mirena iud placed.

Now I am happily married to a different man who is a father to a 4year old boy and 2year old girl. We're now trying to conceive even though we have a 4yr old and TWO 2year olds, this will be OUR first. Now luck yet, that I know of- but GL anyone with PCOS.
