when you start with birthcontrol , the doctors usually tell you to use a condom for the first month until the birth control becomes effective. i thouhgt you meant monring after pill for some reason.

you are fine. not much to worry about here. if you took plan b, and he didn't go in you, chances are very slim.  how to tell the difference between spotting and a period?! the spotting will turn into a period. it can be very light for up to five days and a period is usually right around the corner.

what plan b is is really just a high dose of birth control pill taken after the "oops", anyway with the higher dose of hormone some women will have nausea vomitting headaches and so on, but only for a few days. If your bf never came and you used plan b, your chances of being pregnant are about nill to 0, but in the future it is probably a good idea to either start a regular contraceptive, patch, pill, Iud, or regular use of condoms to prevent any future anxieties, or unwanted outcomes,
