PLEASE HELP_QUICK REPLY!!

So I was 4 months late which was normal because I have irregular periods. When I finally got it it's been on for three weeks. Went to doctor she said I have anemia and to take iron pills I took the pills and it had gotten worse . More heavier with blood clots. What do I do? How do I stop it?
