PMS no period not pregnant

Ok Im not pregnant. Ive done blood tests HPTs everything. Im on like Cycle Day 93. I got off birth control at the begining of January and had the normal withdrawl period and it is now April 5th and still nothing. I took Provera that did not work and that was over a month ago. I had my hormons checked my FSH, LH and Estrogen are fine also my Thyroid came back fine. I had a positive OPK on the 15th of March and that would mean I should have started on Monday but I had a temp dip on the 20th which if that was when I Ovulated I would have started Friday. Well, starting Monday I had cramps sore boobs run down feeling all the symptoms of my period but nothing then on Wednesday I noticed a little discoloration on my toilet paper so Ive been checking my CM every day since then and it was tinted brown Wednesday and Thurday. It was Dark brownish red on Friday then it started fading again and now is lotiony and white today. My cramps seemed to have gone away and my boobs are no longer sore. My GYN gave me estrogen to take for 21 days to build up a lining Im not really sure if that will help since my Estrogen levels are fine but I guess I could try it and see I took the first pill today. I was wondering if anyone knows whats going on? I mean my period is really late and to have all the symptoms of it comming and then the red CM(I had to collect it it would not come out on my underware)  and then nothing its like I had a period with no bleeding. If I take the estrogen and my period is just late will that mess up my cycle? I just want to know what is wrong with me. I know I need to see my doctor and I have been and I will go back after this estrogen regiment does not work but I driving myself nuts and just hope someone can shed a little light on my problem.

No I have not had those levels checked Im going to have to look into that. Also I have not been checked for PCOS. The person I am seeing at the military clinic isnt even a doctor and before she will even send me to the doctor I have to go through all this ****. First got my blood levels checked, then I did Provera(didnt work) now Im on a 21 day regime of Estrogen(which I dont think will help at all) I have had weight gaine from 155-180 but I have a BMI of 26 so Im not that overweight at all I dont think enough to be unhealthy. I do my 3 times a week PT sessions but nothing too strenous. If the estrogen does not work then I will be sent to an OBGYN( thank goodness) but that could take a month to get an apointment. Its so frustrating that I have to see this lady untill she refers me elseware I just want someone to do some real tests on me to see if everything is working right it could still be the birth control pills but 4 months is getting a little long but some say it can take up to six. the thing that got me the most though is the positive OPK and the temp drop followed exactly 14 days later with all symptoms of my period with some discolored CM....I was for sure it was finally comming but nothing...I dont know why my body did that its like it was trying to but couldnt

Have you had your prolactin levels checked?  If these are high (hyperprolacinaemia) it may stop you menstruating.

Have you also been checked for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)?

What about what's happening in your life any major weight loss, emotional upset or even strenuous exercise?

All these things can cause amenorrhoea.
