PUBIC AREA RASH

I'M A 37YRS OLD FEMALE. I HAVE A RASH IN MY PUBIC AREA FOR FEW DAYS NOW. ITS EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND I CAN'T EVEN TOUCH THEM WHEN I'M HAVING A SHOWER. IT LOOKS LIKE BIG RED BUMPS WITH WHITE SPOTS ON IT (LIKE REALLY BAD ACNE) I'VE BEEN SHAVING MY PUBIC HAIR FOR MORE THAN 15YRS AND NEVER HAD THIS SORT OF A PROBLEM BEFORE. i HAVEN'T HAD SEX FOR ATLEAST COUPLE OF MONTHS AND WONDER WHAT THIS IS. I WASHED IT WITH DETTOL AND APPLIED SOME SAVLON ANTISEPTIC CREAM. IT DIDNT HELP AT ALL. COULD SOMEONE PLS HELP ME AS I'M IN AGONY.
