Pain after c section

I have had two c-sections.  The last one was June of 2005.  I experience a lot of pain during and after sex and during my cycle.  Is there any way to stop the pain without drugs or surgery?  My doc suggested that it may be scar tissue attached to the ovaries or cervix and can be corrected with surgery.  Is this normal??  I plan to have another child soon so I do not want this surgery and then have to repeat it after the next child.  Suggestions??

Maybe during you rnext c-section, the doctor can take a look and see if it is scar tissue and if it is, take care of it then. If it is scar tissue, the only thing that could fix it is surgery, unfortunatley.
