My **** feels tights and my nipples are like sore. I'm 45 years old,latin female. Why or whats is happening on my body.

I have no idea from the symptoms you have mentioned here. I see no connection between those symptoms and Breast Cancer ... you might consider making an appointment with your OB/GYN Physician for an examination. I'm going to request that your post be transferred to another community that is more appropriate for your concerns. Thanks
