Pain between inner thigh and vagina?

Once in a while I feel a pain in between my left inner thigh and vagina. The pain is not sharp, more like I've pulled a muscle and it makes me feel uncomfortable. When I try to locate the pain and pushed the area gently, it feels like a smal bump and I think its the muscle. If its really because of muscle swelling or something, I've been laying for the past few hours and didn't do any activity involving lower body part. If its really a muscle swelling, how to heal it? And if its not, what causes it and how to heal it?

What were your results? I'm experiencing the same symptoms for about five years now. It's getting more noticeable or becoming more frequently now.

Sorry for the late response but everything appears to be normal. They found a small follicular cyst on my ovary but said it was totally normal and would prob go away. I don't have any of these pains anymore. I think I was suffering from a lot of stress at work and went through a bout of hypochondria.  Hope all is well on your end.
I have the same problem pain in the crease of my right leg in the lower position that hurts when I walk  can t bend leg o put on socks my doctor did an Mir of hip and drags no sign of deterioration, arthritis, or pinched nurses, next stop is a vascular doctor to see if my pain caused by a vascular problem that is causing my debilitating condition that keeps me close to home

I have had this problem for years. One thing that I did have was called a Bartholin cyst. I had to have it removed by a surgeon. Every female has a Bartholin gland on each side of the vaginal wall, just right inside the opening. These are what produces moisture upon arousal. The one on my right side clogs up and will swell to the point of having to have my GYN drain it.  No specific reason these things happen. No way to stop it from happening. I don't know if your problem is your Bartholin gland/cysts, but it sounds like the same kind of problem I was having before I figured it out. Good luck!

I have a similar feeling but on my right side between my thigh and vagina. Right at the crease where my thigh ends but further up but right below my hip bone. It's painful during sex and hurts when I do the adductor exercise at the gym. It's also tender when I press down on it. Is it a muscle? Glands? What is that area even called? Groin? Going to see the obgyn this Thursday for an ultrasound. Hopefully it's nothing major. How did you make out?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
The area between left inner thigh and vagina is the left groin area. Groin pain can occur due to several causes like swollen lymph nodes, hernia, kidney stones, inflammation of large and small intestine and muscle pull. Apart from these it can also be a pinched nerve. Since you can feel a swelling, swollen lymph nodes should be ruled out.
Swollen lymph nodes in the groin could be due to STDs (e.g., gonococcal infection, herpes simplex virus, syphilis, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, lymphogranuloma venereum etc), infection in foot, dermatitis in pelvic area, boils in pelvic area etc. Other than this pelvic malignancy and lymphoma could be the other causes. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
