Pain during intercourse

Hello, so for the past year and a half i have been having alot of pain during sex. It only occurs at penitration, almost as if im too small for him. I'm a little confused because i have never had this problem before and i have been with men that are "bigger". iv had many visits to the dr/obgyn this past year and the only response i have gotten back from them is that "i produce alot of yeast" i have had a few yeast infections this year, which is also something that just recently started happening. I've done the 3 day monostat, im taking probiotics, i was prescibed a really strong pill for yeast infections (i cant remember the name) but my problem has not gotten any better at all...now im starting to get cuts in my vagina and a few days ago my vagina tore. Im really frustrated that no one can tell me what is going on and how this even started in the first place. Its very scary and nerve wrecking for me. Id just like some help on what i should do or who i should see.

i'v also been told it was psychological and that i should try to climax without penetration so that my girl can "relax" and im pretty sure that its not all in my head. and now that i think about what you said that makes alot of sense...a tilted uterous. ill try the pillows and see if that makes any difference. thank you so much

I was having similar problems a couple of years ago, it felt like I was getting ripped in two - it was very stressful to our relationship. At the time I was on antibiotics off and on for months for a sinus infection that kept returning, these particular antibiotics caused me to get thrush (Candida). Had to use a pessary cream for thrush and change my diet to a less Candida friendly foods (low yeast/sugar). Once it had completely gone (it took months due to all the relapses) it was better but still not great. Had laparoscopy done for endometriosis, that was neg, doc told me it was psychological - got a second opinion and it turns out I have a retroverted (tilted) uterous which is the other half of the problem...lots of lube and a couple of pillows under the small of the back might help.
