Pain from cyst

by Pretz80, May 11, 2006 12:00AM
I have had a lot pain in my lower stomach. I went to the DR and they told me I have a Cyst on my right ovary and that it should go away on it own.  I read that cyst go away after 2 period but I haven't had a period since February (no not pg).  Is the cyst suppose to be this painful?

I have had 3 surgeries b/c of cyst and they are VERY painful!!! My pains were so bad the docotor removed them one dr wanted to put me on meds and they didn't help at all so I got a second opion. I have had a lot of female problems and I'm 30 now and as soon as I have another baby I'm having a hysterioctomy b/c the dr said my cyst will always come back. Good luck and I hope yours will just go away but if you keep having pain don't wait get checked out.

I just left the Urgent Care. I was diagnosed with a hemmorhagic ovarian cyst. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and now this! I have pregnancy symptoms: painful/swollen breasts, fatique, mood swings, etc..
Would the cyst cause these symptoms? I had an ultrasound and blood test all came back negative for pregnancy....but they say it is too early to tell. Im so confused! How can I have these preg. symp. if it is too early to even detect? Is my cyst causeing these symp.?!!!

I am a 20 year old female, who has presisent left kidney pain and pelvic pain. I have a history of stones in my family so i had a Abdomen CT done which showed at 4 cm cyst on my vaginal wall, but no stones. It was dignosised as a Gartner Duck Cyst, which is said to not be painful but my pain is getting worse by the weeks. My gyno and doctor do not know much about this cyst and i cant seem to get any answers? any ideas?
