Pain in my lower stomach and my.Vagina and lower back
Hi I need help.. I have really bad stomach pains in my lower area and my vagina it hurting and I have bad pain my lower back my anal.. It's feel like after birth or labour ... I'm due on my period Tomoz I need help please thank you x
take paracetamol or aspirin - neurofen do ones for period pain that are really good and put a hot water bottle on ur stomach/vagina/back sit or lie on a really soft cushion
Also when I'm experiencing these pains I wear a pad instead of a tampon - it lets your body relax more x
