Pain worse after laparoscopy hysteroscopy

I had laparoscopy hysteroscopy done one week ago. I was feeling pretty good after surgery it seemed pains I had for along time were better.  The Dr told me he removed 8 different cycsts, and a lot of lesions.  He told me my tubes were totally blocked, and that he didn't even want to show me pictures of my uterus.  He said it was so messed up from PID infections that it was scary.  Anyway he said this should be good but in the long run I may have to get hysterectomy.  Now I am started having worse pains than before the surgery.  I went to his office he didn't seemed to concerned he told me to wait & see if scar tissue grew back in about 6 months.  But in the mean time I am in more pain, and I now have urinary infection and started bleeding again (it had stopped) Should I be worried?  Or should I just shut up and wait and see what happens in another six months.  I was so hoping this would all be straightened out.

Has your dr told you how long you would need to recover because some abd surgeries take 6 weeks or so.  Maybe you are doing too much too soon and need to rest during your recovery a little more.
