Pain

by nalla, May 29, 2007 12:00AM
This morning I woke up with this really bad sharp pain right in the middle of my sternum. I have never experianced anything like this before. Does anybody have any ideas what could be causing this? I know you all can't diagnose me. I was just wondering if this is just a normal kind of pain or something that a Dr. should check out. Could it be gas? It's been here for about 2 hours now and not going away. It hurts more when I am moving around and it's a little hard to take a deap breath. I have asthma, so the breathing part may just be related to that and not the pain. I can't really tell. We went camping this weekend and I was around a lot of smoke from the campfire and that affected my astham a lot. So that could be the reason for the breathing problems. And  I didn't eat very well over the weekend. Pretty much lived on hamburgers, hotdogs and steak. Could my poor diet the past 4 days be related?
Anybody have any idea's?
