Painful Intercourse, Burning

I have had the same boyfriend for 4 years and in our 2nd year together, I experienced extreme burning as he entered me. Also it burns when I pee directly after sex. I tried water based lube and it helped a little but not very much. Sometimes it is not as bad as others, but it is definitely not pain free like it once was. I don't even like sex anymore and have no drive. I feel like it is ruining my relationship. Please help. I don't know if it is an std, I REALLY need help, ANYONE PLEASE!
