Painful Vagina During/After Sex

Recently, everytime me & my boyfriend have sex, all most straight away I feel pain inside and outside of my vagina. We both have been to a sexual health clinic for a check up and neither of us have anything and we are clear. I then began to get a redness around the outside and slightly in. I have been to the doctors and every time they diagnose it as thrush. I am unhappy with this as it seems to happen every time and the cream given, apart from giving cool relief does not help, and it seems to heal in its own time. This problem persists, every time I try to have sex and its really upsetting me.
My boyfriend, after sex also gets small redness on the end of his Penis, he has slight pain from this but it goes away within 2 - 3 days.
