Painful lump near vagina

So throughout the day I thought my underwear were just rubbing against my groin area. But I just realized that there is a lump a little bigger than pea sized on my right side. It's painful and under the skin. Also it doesn't look like it could be a pimple of any sort because it does not have a whitehead look to it. I squeezed it a little and some white puss came out of it.  There is no way that it is an STD because I am only 15 and I haven't had sex. I told my mom about it and she said to put a warm compress on it but I feel like I should do more.

It doesn't seem to be that because as I squeeze the puss becomes clear and a little bloody so I don't know

sounds like an ingrown hair that has gotten somewhat out of control due to sweating, rubbing from your underwear, etc. totally normal and a lot of females get them - especially in the summertime, due to the heat.
