Last summerSummers eve anti-itch I had a horrendous kidney infection that sprang up out of nowhere. I was almost hospitalized, but after several shots of antibiotics I turned out ok. A few weeks ago, I was experiencing heart palpitationsHeart palpitations which turned into a full blown panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack and went to the ER. They diagnosed me with low potassium, gave me some pills and Ativan and sent me on my way. Last week, I checked up with my regularRegular insulin physician, he re-ran my potassium, and did blood work for my kidneys and diabetes. He called me earlier this week and said "Everything looks kinda ok; So basically you're fine." Last night I completely freaked out and had another panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack. I took an Ativan and after throwing up and hours of nervous shaking and crying, I was able to fall asleep. My heart is still racing, and I just dont feel normal. I am scared and all alone. 6 months ago I broke off and engagement, and am living by myself after 3 years. So, I dont know if this is all related or what? Any suggestions?
Sounds like you are having anxiety issues. espcially after being with someone for 3 years. It will take time to get over him. You may just need someone to be there for you to listen and comfort you at this time of being alone. Try to talk about and and think about the pros and cons of why you broke off your engagement. It will only take time to get over the situation, but it the mean time I think you should talk about it and don't keep anything bottled up inside.
I hope this helped you a little. I hope you feel better I was in the same situation you were I broke off my engagement about 6 years ago after we were engaged/living together for 4 years. If you need to talk I am here for you.
