Perineum sore after sex.

The area around my vaginal opening (outside the lips) and perineum is
very sore and almost has a raw feeling to it.  Only feel pain when I wipe to pee.What can I use to help heal it before I go see my doctor?? I also shave/nair down  too..

U need v.cream.. that will help but soak first to cool it off..hopes this helps

Hi there and welcome.  Well, sounds friction related.  It should heal on its own.  I honestly would put anything on it and try to wear cotton underwear (no thongs) and loose clothing while it heals.  You could try soaking in a salt bath as that might relieve it a bit and help it heal.  

Good luck!  Be careful and remember, we do actually have pubic hair for a reason---  it's suppose to cut down on friction.  If you don't have any, just be aware.  good luck dear
