Period 2 months late

Hi there,

My wife's last period ended on November 26th. Lately she has been feeling really tired and bloated. She took two home pregnancy tests, one on New Years Day and another just last week (Jan. 27). Both were negative.

We're waiting for some tests to come back from the doctor, but he said that her uterus was a little enlarged. When he pressed down on her stomach, he said that he didn't really feel anything that would relate to her being pregnant - hence the tests (ultrasound, blood tests).

Any ideas as to what's going on?

Hallo! this is my first time in this site. i found it nice and informative. I have the same problem. Absence of period doesnot mean that you are pg. Stress sometime may cause it or some reproductive disorder or infections. Im almost 2 months delayed and my obgyn finding is im not pregnant. Im done with ultrasound, and it shows cleared. I have my blood test too! But dont say anything. My ob told me that they will going to review again my blood test to find whats going on. Im so scared! I just got married about 7 months ago. I never missed period in my entire life. I know someting is wrong. But im just hoping it will be fine. Just dont lose hope.

There are so many things it could be, I'd wait for the doctor's diagnosis if I were you. Absence of menstruation can happen for many reasons besides pregnancy.
