Period/Pregnancy Question, please read

Okay so, I get my period on time, usually. Like between the 24-28th of the month.
Last month, (January), I got my period, and it only lasted three days, was very light, and virtually NO cramps. (I usually get bad cramps). I thought maybe it was one of those good periods.. lol.
Until this month. It is now the last day of Febuary, yes, tmr will be April, and no period. I missed it..
Me and my boyfriend have slipped up, so I guess there could be the possibility of pregnancy.
I haven't been feeling much different, other than a few things:

Sometimes feel like I'm going to puke for a minute, then just disappears.
I think I might be peeing more, also a little emotional, but nothing major.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Apart from pregnancy, there are many other reasons for a delayed period. The other causes are hormonal imbalance like in PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome), stress, obesity, malnutrition, anemia, hypothyroidism, illness, etc. The only way to know whether you are pregnant is to get a pregnancy test done. You can do a home pregnancy test by using a pregnancy kit easily available at chemists. Also, it is suggested that you see a gynecologist who will examine you.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
