Period and Sex?

I read somewhere that when you have sex for the first time, it can mess up your period...like make it come late or something...is that true? I can't remember where I read it though, it might have been on here...any info on this??? please!

Yes,  it can make it come late because you're pregnant.  It can also make it come late because you're terrified of being pregnant,  so you stress and ovulate late.

If you're worried,  and your period is late,  you can take a home pregnancy test and know for sure.

hmm..i see, but everybody i have talked to say that it would almost be impossible for me to be pregnant because i had sex when i had my period. LMP December 29

do u think there could be a chance im pregnant?

If your having 'unprotected' sex, no matter when, YES, you are taking a chance in getting pregnant.  Maybe you shoud buy a home pregnancy test.

yeah i bought one this morning, i am doing it this weekend...but the only problem is...is that i cant tell if i am late or not... in november i got my period on the 21 and lasted about 8 or 9 days...and then decmeber started on the 29th and lasted 8 days...so i skipped january right? i always expect my periods to start the second week of the month but since november they have been coming late....so technicly im not late am i? confused!!

I would take the test and go see a doctor whatever the result.
