Period help?

Hey, I had my period start about 2 days early, then about 12 hours into I was changing my pad again then I seen this weird stringy thing came out that look like skin tissue or something?

Here's a picture (it looks gross, warning)

I'm not sure what it is to be honest, it made me shocked, especially because I had a normal period last month and am not pregnant (pretty sure I'm not) - I'm bleeding normally now

thanks for any help/advice on what it could be x

Hi and welcome.  Ya know, I honestly would not worry.  If you have cramping that is outside your normal period cramps and significantly heavy bleeding, see your doctor.  good luck
