Period problem??

Hey guys I'm new here, I'm 5'3 and weight 51kg, I have lost a lot of weight the last couple of months, been exercising everyday 30 mins of cardio and around 20 mins of abs, last time I had period was in january (started the 18th If I'm not wrong) so it's been like almost a 2 months without it.. could this be due to overexercising? or what I've been doing is fine? I've decided to give myself a rest for a week by just doing ab exercises but I really don't know if there's anything I should change .. I eat healthy, and a lot of protein 2 or more hours before working out.

Thanks in advance!

I'm 18, and also a virgin, so pregnancy possibilities are actually out of discussion though. Is it possible to be an overexercising consequence? I mean, could doing this amount of exercise everyday possibly delay my period?
I guess if it takes another month off I should go get checked anyway

If you have had unprotected sex, then it would be a good idea to get a pregnancy test done.

Other reasons for missed periods can be from being anaemic;  polycystic ovaries; your hormone levels not being right, being on the change of life if you are nearing that time of your life;  having an eating disorder.

If a pregnancy test is negative, it would be a good idea to make an appointment to see your doctor to find any underlying cause.
