MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The effects of the depo provera may last after several months after the last injection. The non return of the periods is likely due to the effects of the depo provera which remains in the body for 6-12 months after the last injection.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have not had my period since last March when my doctor started me on it. I had some spotting, but that lasted like a day or two. OTher then that I haven't had any periods since then. I love that I don't have to deal with my period:) you might gain some weight from it.
