Pimple-like lump in vagina, sensitive & painful to touch.

I don't know if I should seek medical help or what but there is a lump not directly inside my vagina but, I guess, it's called the flaps? Or lips? I am 18 and I am not a virgin. However, the lump appeared about a week or two ago, maybe almost three. I wasn't keeping track in hopes it was nothing and it would go away. The lump did not appear after sex because the last time I had sexual intercourse was in July. I don't know if this would help or if this website shows the date but this month right now is November 2016. And again, the bump appear like 3 weeks ago.. This bump or lump isn't a bother unless I am trying to touch that specific spot where it is located. It's sensitive and painful. But if I were to rate the pain when touch, it'd be a 4/10. Sometimes it can be a 8/10 pain when touch as well. I'm a little paranoid, googling what it is, the results doesn't sound right but still a horrifying. I could go to the doctors but I'm embarrassed and I wouldn't know who and what kind of doctors to go to. I would really like to know what this lump is or the best suggestion/opinions that you all think it is please. TIA.

See a Dr. it may just be a cyst that can be drained in office with a quick puncture..may be a hair bump (if you shave or wax) that may be infected...
