Pitted edema on legs and edema on fingers

Not sure what topic this should be under.
I have pitted edema on legs, my fingers are always swollen, I have 2 small purple circle spots underneath on left arm, I also have a purple/black circle spot on left thigh, irregular periods, shortness of breath, pain in ankle joints & lower back, and can't write long without right hand hurting in joint. Any ideas of what might be happening? Also, I have been tested for cushings - negative and my thyroid is ok also. Any ideas of what this might be or what type doctor I would need to see would also be helpful. Thanks
