I am not sure how long these symptoms have been going on but there are many different causes of these symptoms. It can be anything from something you ate to just aging to an underlying condition such as IBS or GERD. My stomach swells often and makes me feel less hungry as well. I was told it was IBS more then likely. But if your Luke me you can't afford good health care. So you are looking for stuff to do at home for it.

I would say eating less isn't a bad idea eat foods good for digestion. Some yogurts are made with a special bacteria that helps fight bloating. Also when in pain try a warm towel on your stomach. If you feel like you have gas take something for it. Exercise also can help and drinking water. But only exercise when you feel comfortable dont over do it.

The only other advice I have for you is you never want to put your health endanger if the symptoms last for more then a few days, or new symptoms come up seek medical attention cause on rare occasions bloating and loss of appetite can be signs of cancer, or other major issues. May God Bless you...
