Please help me.

I am 16 and a few days ago I noticed a small lump

like a boil or a sore in my genital area. I ignored it because I usually get this lumps

and they tend to clear after a few days without pain or discharged. However this lump

steadily grew and is almost the size of a small ping pong ball. It is extremely painful

and I can barely walk. Anytime I urinate it is very painful

also and I really can't take the pain. Help me please. I'm desperate. .

you need to see a doctor,  it is an abcess (abscess) and will most likely need to be Drained

yeah, you can get folliculitis down there, and they can clear up on their own. but sometimes they get infected, and get worse and worse. dont ignore it anymore, you need to be proactive. infections left unattended can cause lots of problems, and eventually it can get into your bloodstream.

i had the exact same thing happen to me, and i went to the ER, drained it, and got antibiotics.

dont freak out, just breathe. take the next step and go to the emergency room.
