Please help me

So I know there isn't a set "normal looking" vagina but from what I've heard, I have a "perfect" one. Anyway, I just started having intercourse this past month and my bf and I had sex yesterday and when I went home hours later and went to the bathroom, I saw a little bit of dried blood on the edge of my underwear. I got a bit freaked out and decided to check everything down there with a mirror to find that my left labia minora is brownish and stretched out looking. What happened?!?!?! Its never looked like this and now I'm scared I might have an STD or its now permanently stretched. I don't know what to do. I'm freaking out! Someone help

you could have torn something down there, but it will go back to normal. I don't think std's show up immediately, but then i have never had one so I am not entirely sure.
